The new Jimmy’s World Grill & Bar is a 13,000 sq.ft, 400-cover restaurant offering an all-you-can eat concept with cuisines from around the globe. The £1.5million restaurant is located outside Derby’s Westfield Shopping Centre in the Riverlights development and will open its doors on Wednesday 8 February.

“It is a complete dining experience and we are extremely excited to become part of Derby’s lively community,” said Amandeep Uppal, marketing manager for Jimmy’s World Grill & Bar.

“Jimmy’s is about offering our customers choice and quality delivered in a fun and exciting way. Each visit is a new experience and there is no better way to sample a wonderful variety of cuisines from all around the world. We pride ourselves on the quality and freshness of our food as well as making sure every customer leaves feeling satisfied in every way.”

The new site is the second in the UK for the chain, with the first located in Luton.

Fresh and unique

Jimmy’s World Grill & Bar aims to offer customers a ‘fresh and unique’ take on all you can eat dining, with all food freshly-prepared twice a day for both lunch and dinner service. The restaurant’s team of 15 highly-trained and experienced chefs produce some of the world’s favourite foods including Italian, Mexican, Japanese, Chinese, Thai and Indian.

Customers will be able to select from 100 dishes on offer including fajitas, green Thai vegetable curry, pasta in an Al Formaggi sauce and freshly-tossed pizza and Sushi. All deserts are also made fresh on site.

Jimmy’s World Grill and Bar is also dedicated to helping the local community and from 8 -11 February the restaurant will donate £1 from every meal to a local charity of their choice.

Of the eight further sites opening in the next three months, one has already been revealed to be a high-profile location in the London O2 Arena. Watch this space…
