The three-star hotels, owned by Hoby Hotels, are due to join the group’s expanding portfolio of 36 hotels across the UK and in Southern Spain.
The announcement comes just days after Legacy took over the management contract of Great Hallingbury Manor in Bishop’s Stortford.
The 25-bedroom Legacy Woodhall Spa is situated close to the 19th Best Golf Course in the UK, the National Golf Centre, while the 17-bedroom Lincolnshire Oak Hotel is located in the heart of Lincoln.
Around 45 staff at the two hotels will remain with the venues, but will now report to Legacy’s operations structure going forward.
Jeremy Walsh, managing director of Hoby Hotels, which also runs the Lord Leycetser Hotel in Warwick, appointed Legacy to allow more time to pursue business interests in Switzerland.
“We have been impressed with the professionalism and commitment of Legacy’s management and we are looking forward to working with them to further improve our guests’ experiences at our hotels,” he said.
