The first event, a five-course dinner hosted by Caines, will take place at the Michael Caines Restaurant at ABode Manchester on 29 March.

Heathcote will host the second event at The Longridge Restaurant on 24 May and Nigel Haworth will host the final dinner at Northcote on 27 September.

Each event will have its own menu, carefully crafted by all three chefs, with each leading on at least one of the courses working alongside the venue’s head chef. An auction and raffle will also take place.

Dawn Holding, Hospitality Action’s north west coordinator, said: “Michael, Paul and Nigel are big supporters of Hospitality Action and we’re thrilled to have them on board. We are expecting tickets for each event to be in high demand so I’d advise booking as soon as possible in order to secure a place.”

Tickets are £100 including wine. Contact individual restaurants to book a place.
