The deal means that Sodexo Prestige will become the sole provider of catering at the venue which is host to a number of events such as concerts, weddings, conferences and corporate events and was voted Scotland's Best Large Venue at the 2011 Scottish Event Awards.
Under the contract the company will also support the Edinburgh Corn Exchange's sales and marketing activities.
