Chris Corbin and Jeremy King have agreed to lease the top floors of the new Pinnacle tower build for a restaurant and cocktail bar

Wolseley owners Chris Corbin and Jeremy King will be opening a new restaurant and bar on the top floors of the Pinnacle, also known as the Bishopsgate or ‘Helter Skelter’ tower upon its completion in 2012.

According to Property Week the duo, whose company Rex Restaurant Associates also owns the St. Alban restaurant in Regent Street, have agreed to lease the top five floors of the almost 300m high Pinnacle tower scheme in Bishopsgate, London.

The 13,000 sq ft of space leased by Corbin and King will be used to create a high-end restaurant and cocktail bar, offering spectacular 360-degree birds eye views of the city.

The Pinnacle, estimated to cost £1.2 billion, has been designed by Kohn Pederson Fox Architects, and will be the tallest office tower in London.

Rex Restaurant Associates were advised on the deal by Davis Coffer Lyons.
