Daniel Boulud, chef/ owner of Daniel in New York, this year's highest riser in the S.Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurants awards, will this week launch his first London restaurant, Bar Boulud, at Mandarin Oriental Hotel.
BigHospitality took a sneak peek around the restaurant ahead of its opening on 6 May, as Boulud cooked a special post-World's 50 Best lunch for the world's best chefs.
