As the S.Pellegrino World's 50 Best awards drew to a close for another year, BigHospitality caught up with Daniel Boulud at his first London restaurant at Mandarin Oriental Hotel, where he cooked for the top 50 chefs in the world
Daniel Boulud, chef/ owner of Daniel in New York, this year's highest riser in the S.Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurants awards, will this week launch his first London restaurant, Bar Boulud, at Mandarin Oriental Hotel.
BigHospitality took a sneak peek around the restaurant ahead of its opening on 6 May, as Boulud cooked a special post-World's 50 Best lunch for the world's best chefs.
