Wine bar and restaurant operator Davy's is selling off the leaseholds on two of its sites - Davy's The Wine Vaults in Croydon and the Dock Blida bar in central London.
The 90-cover Wine Vaults bar and restaurant, which includes a 12-cover private dining room and 40-cover function room, is welcoming offers in the region of £28,500.
The Dock Blida bar, is currently vacant and set in a basement near Marylebone High Street. It is being offered on a 10-year lease. Both are available through Christie & Co.
Family-run firm Davy’ operates 30 sites across the capital.
