As one of the biggest hospitality trade shows this year, Hotelympia hosted the finals of many competitions, including the BCF Chef of the Year, the Salon Culinaire, and saw Albert and Michel Roux receive an inaugural Lifetime Achievement Award as the first names to enter the Hotelympia Hall of Fame.
