Test out your chef skills by preparing, cooking and serving complete orders before Ramsay starts yelling or even shuts down the kitchen. Play in Career Mode to work from a single star up to a prestigious five-star restaurant, or battle it out in a survival of the fittest in Arcade Mode by serving as many ever-demanding customers as you can.

1 This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over except employees of the Organiser, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.

2. This competition is limited to one entry per person.

3. To enter register with the site stating your name, business, postal address, email and telephone number before emailing your name and answer to the question detailed to news@bighospitality.co.uk.

4. Applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer or incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries or entries not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted.

5. Closing date for receipt of entries is 12.00 GMT on 17/10/08.

6. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

7. The winner will be drawn at random from all correct entries received on 17/10/08 and contacted by the Organiser within one week of the draw. Only the prize winner will be contacted personally.

10. There is no cash alternative to the prize.
