Michel Roux Jr is this week supporting the Biodynamic Food Fortnight held at London’s Borough Market from Friday until October 19.

The event aims to increase awareness of biodynamic produce and farming methods, and will feature a range of stalls from producers and selected restaurants selling their wares and offering biodynamic tastings.

Roux, chef patron of Le Gavroche, said: “I have used biodynamic meats, vegetables and herbs at Le Gavroche for a number of years, and have a great deal of respect for the methods employed by farms supporting this type of agriculture

“Biodynamic Food Fortnight is an event that I am delighted to support, and I hope that it stimulates the interest of the public not only in cooking, but in the provenance and quality of the ingredients they are cooking with.”
