Mean Fiddler founder Vince Power has bought three "gastro bars" as sites for his bar and club group, according to property agents Christie & Co, who handled the sale.

Power bought three out of five Camel Bars in London: in Victoria, Fulham and Mayfair. The remaining Camel bars, in Tower Bridge and Waterloo, are thought to have been sold to private individuals.

Christie & Co's Billy Couper said the sites attracted "numerous enquiries from potential purchasers".

Power set up the Vince Power Music Group last year and has recently opened the At Proud bar in Camden and Le Pigalle supper club in Picadilly.
