The London Hilton on Park Lane is about to re-open what used to be the Park Brasserie as Podium after a £500,000 refurbishment.

Michael Shepherd, General Manager at the London Hilton said, “Podium will be a stylishly designed restaurant which serves contemporary, seasonal food.” Head Chef will be Marvin Jones who previously worked under Gary Rhodes at Rhodes W1 at the Cumberland Hotel in London.

Menu items will include Roasted Scallop with French Beans and Truffle Dressing; Pan-fried Sea Bream, Marinated Oysters, Cucumber and Carrot and Citrus Pannacotta with Orange Tuile.

Designer Aukett Fitzroy Robinson has used a colour scheme of silver, brown and taupe with lime, yellow and aqua with silver leaf and ivory glass with stained glass windows.
