Tragus mid-market chain operator is launching a new restaurant concept in BAA’s £4.3bn Heathrow Terminal 5 in March 2008.

Huxley’s Bar & Kitchen will serve British food such as Kedgeree, Steak and Kidney Pudding, Spotted Dick and breakfast and afternoon tea.

Tragus CEO Graham Turner said Huxley’s is “designed to appeal to all Anglophiles in an international environment”. Other restaurants that have signed for the terminal include Giraffe and Wagamama, plus a Gordon Ramsay site.

Tragus currently operates the Café Rouge, Bella Italia, Strada and Ortega brands.
