STYLE? | In a converted Victorian butcher's shop, decorated with white tiles and a wooden floor, with a shop window opening out onto the street and an open kitchen at the front. The cornerstones of the enterprise will be the food and wine lists, with all wines (many from small producers) available by the glass, carafe and bottle.
