WHO? | Old school chums Tom Pemberton and Alex Mosley join forces in this informal British restaurant in Notting Hill. Pemberton was Head Chef at East London's St John Bread and Wine.

ON THE MENU? | Grilled Razor Clams, Thyme and Red Onion; Calf's Brain and Sorrel; Cold Veal, Chicory and Anchovy; Crispy Pig Tails and Summer Greens; and Raspberry Ripple Ice Cream.

STYLE? | In a converted Victorian butcher's shop, decorated with white tiles and a wooden floor, with a shop window opening out onto the street and an open kitchen at the front. The cornerstones of the enterprise will be the food and wine lists, with all wines (many from small producers) available by the glass, carafe and bottle.
