Assisting Dong on pastry is Claudio Salerno, previously of La Terrazza in Rome. Front of House Manager John Iglesias was sommelier at La Terrazza and was manager at London venues Quirinale and Ristorante Fiore.

ON THE MENU? | Mackerel and Ginger Rolls; Sukiyaki – Rib-Eye Roll with Enoki Mushrooms and Asparagus; Flying Fish Roe Nigiri; Cuttlefish Sashimi; Rib-Eye Teriyaki with Foie Gras; Pan-fried Lobster with Light Cheese Sauce; Raspberry Semi- Freddo served with White Chocolate Sauce; Swedish Warm Chocolate Torte with Mixed Berry Coulis and Cinnamon Syrup.

STYLE? | White walls, lacquered screens, dark wood flooring and Japanese art and artefacts. The showpiece is a replica of the armour worn by Ieyasu Tokugawa, founder of the Tokugawa Shogun, the last Shogunate in Japan and founder of Tokyo as the Japanese capital city.
