Regent Quarter, the £150m regeneration project in London's King's Cross, has secured two restaurant operators. New Spanish bar and restaurant concept Camino is being launched by the owners of Shoreditch restaurant and bar Cantaloupe and Big Chill House. The new concept will have 75 covers in the main restaurant, a bar serving tapas and is expected to open in April. The second restaurant, also set for April, is being opened by new company Concept Cuisines, which will be serving "international dishes cooked to order under a flame grill".

LaSalle Investment Management's mixed-use scheme also includes new homes, office space and a Premier Travel Inn.

Kate Taylor of Davis Coffer Lyons, which advises LIM on the leisure element of the scheme, said, "These substantial lettings will play their part in the exciting regeneration of a cornerstone of London. Aided by the opening of St Pancras International later this year, Kings Cross is throwing off its tarnished image to establish itself as an eating and drinking destination in its own right."
