APEX is starting them young as the company looks to recruit a new board of directors aged just six-12 years-old.
The hotel operator is on the lookout for opinionated kids to join its board of “mini directors”, who will be asked their opinion about Apex’s facilities and services for children.
Under the Kids@Apex scheme, child guests get a range of games and toys, a treasure hunt and a free welcome pack with DVDs, a “things to do” sheet and lollipop.
Apex managing director Angela Vickers said: "We always welcome customer feedback as this is what helps us provide exactly what our guests want.
"It therefore made sense to get feedback directly from children about what children want when
they stay at a hotel."
Interested children need to send Apex a picture of their dream hotel bedroom, with the winning applicants getting a free stay with their family at one of Apex’s hotels in Edinburgh, Dundee or London.
