KINGS Cross in London has been named as the site of the next Grille restaurant opening, which owners hope will be the first of three or four new openings for the brand this year.
The New York style brasserie will be the fourth in the UK when it opens in June, on Pentonville Road.
Owners of the brand, Simon Wright and John Pallagi, opened the first in 2006 in East London’s Hoxton hotel, followed by two more hotel based sites in Harrowgate and Lincoln.
The pair also own Room Restaurants, which first hit the scene in 2002 up in Leeds, and have since spread to Lincoln, Manchester and Liverpool.
The new Grille is to be 90-cover restaurant with a cocktail bar attached.
