SHK PROPERTY and Investments, the company behind last months opening of Dundee restaurant Bollywood, are looking for a working partner to drive growth of the Bollywood brand following its early success.
The man behind the concept and SHK, ex-chef Tony Hussain, has sped up expansion plans, and is now looking for sites in Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dunfermline and Stirling.
Suitable premises will be in the region of 4,000 sq ft and able to accommodate up to 200 diners.
The restaurant concept offers world cuisine, with the initial site in Dundee compromising a 175 seat buffet restaurant, open kitchen and shows images from the films of its namesake industry.
Hussain said; “The popularity of Bollywood has been instant and far exceeded our best expectations. Consequently, I’m now seeking a working partner in the licensed trade to help develop the brand and build it rapidly throughout Scotland.”
