THE MASSIVE Pub Company has exchanged contracts and is selling over 30 sites to Innventive Pubs, a subsidiary of private equity company Bridgehouse Capital.

The deal, which is thought to be worth £8 million, includes Auberge English pubs, the French restaurant chain, Tup sports bars and Thomas &Carter gastropubs.

Bar Room Bar directors Tony and Ross Sanders advised on the deal. Previous potential buyer Swallet Management Solutions had been unable to complete on its offer.
