Aldo Zilli is hosting a ‘Chef Factor’ competition in a last ditch attempt to find a talented pasta chef for his new restaurant in Brighton.
The celebrity chef is calling for all chefs with a background in Italian cooking, to congregate outside his restaurant, Zilli, at the Myhotel in Jubilee Square, for the chance of competing in a pasta cook-off.
All participants will be given the same pasta dish to knock up, with Zilli himself there to judge the entries on presentation and taste. The winner will not only be given the chance to work in Zilli’s new Brighton kitchen, but will also be given an Alfa Romeo to drive for the weekend.
The event will be held between 10am and 12pm on 10 June, with the restaurant’s grand opening scheduled for 21 June. All hopefuls must send their CV to firstname.lastname@example.org before 8 June to be in with a chance of winning.
