The UKs second largest pub group sells off part of estate for alternative use

Enterprise Inns is selling 82 of its pubs in England and Wales with the majority being sold for alternative use. 

The pubs, which are being sold through Christie & Co, are a mixture of freehold and leasehold sites with freehold units priced between £175k and £800k. 

Christie & Co is also marketing 26 lease opportunities on behalf of the group which is the UK`s second largest pub company. 

Noel Moffitt, Christie & Co Director, said: “The majority of this package of pubs is aimed at the alternative use market. This is a great opportunity for purchasers to acquire properties for conversion or redevelopment.”
