Korean restaurant Cah Chi is set to open its second site in south west London as part of expansion plans for the business.
Cah Chi, which first opened in Raynes Park 12 years ago, bought the lease of the former Velvet Lounge in Earlsfield through Davis Coffer Lyons (DCL).
DCL said the restaurant - voted one of London`s top 50 restaurants by Time Out – is planning to open further sites across the capital in the future with the focus on take-away and deliveries.
Rob Meadows of DCL said: “There has been lot of recent activity in this area; the street is becoming a real hub for affluent professionals and young families that are spilling over from Clapham and Wandsworth. It has become popular among operators as a result, Caffe Nero has recently opened an outlet and Costa Coffee is also looking for a site.”
