Christie & Co put the lease up for sale after they were appointed by administrators Baker Tilly.

Mark Wilson, Partner at Baker Tilly, said: “To sell the business as a going concern is a very satisfying outcome. We are pleased to have worked on this prestigious venue and wish the new owners every possible success.”
