Grease disposal is the word
Save the drains and the environment with new grease disposal unit

Watling Hope drain specialists have created a grease disposal unit for restaurants worried about the impact of pouring oils and fats down the drain.

Watling Hope claims that restaurants disposal of grease could result in drain blockage and damage to the environment, as well as fines and potential prosecution if not done correctly.

Their grease disposal unit, the GreaseShield, fits neatly under work surfaces and can be connected either to sinks, rotisseries, combi-ovens, dishwashers or wok stations to make grease and waste food disposal easy and care-free.

Waste is transferred mess-free into an attached container, which can then be emptied in an appropriate manner, leaving drains clear and efficient. The unit is also self-cleaning, meaning staff needn’t worry about adding another chore to the end of a busy shift.
