Pubs without the space for cooking and serving Sunday lunches to their guests can now do so, with the Moffat Mobile Carvery, which can be wheeled out of sight when not in use.
As food is now considered a major advantage to pubs trying to pull customers in, they can’t afford not to serve a roast lunch on a Sunday. The Mobile Carvery can be wheeled out to play on Sundays or for special occasions and placed anywhere near a plug socket, or even wheeled out into the garden with an extension cord.
The units comprise of a heated storage cupboard, above which are two evenly heated carving plates with holding spikes, and a bain marie that has space for a range of sauces and vegetables. There is also a pop-up plate dispenser on one end, which can carry up to 65 plates.
Everything needed for a complete carvery is included, and the units come in American Maple, Academy Maple, Russian Maple and Mahogany finishes.
