Peach Pub Company has started the search for an operations director as it continues with expansion plans.
The company, which runs a string of food-led pubs in and around the Midlands, bought two new sites in May and is about to open its 10th site in the West Midlands. There are plans to add another three to four sites to its portfolio per year.
Hamish Stoddart who founded the company with Lee Cash said: "The growth we’ve seen in the last year and the fact that there’s a lot more to come mean we’re looking to strengthen our focus on our people and service, which is why we’ve embarked on the search for a new people-focussed operations director.
“We know that the only way to perform in this market is to have great people, and to retain and develop them so that they grow with the business. We’ve ramped up our pace of development in the last year whilst keeping our individualism and quality. Now, we need to give our partners world class support to be the best in every town we are in. Investing in this new role will help us do this and secure the next phase of our growth.”
