Jonathan and Andrew Perritt, the owners of the Regent in Kensal Green, have opened a new venture in North London.
The Stag pub in Hampstead is the second pub owned and run by the brothers and has been revamped to make the most of the pub and its much-loved beer garden, which will be open throughout the year.
Covered cabana booths in the garden, which has seating for 100, have been equipped with their own heating systems enabling them to continue to be used throughout the winter.
Inside The Stag, some of the original features remain, including the traditional maple bar, but with the addition of some quirky features and black Italian leather banquette seating.
Andrew has taken on the job of Executive Chef and will oversee the menu that will focus on simple, hearty food, including organic burgers and a 12-strong range of British cheeses.
The brothers opened The Regent in Kensal Green earlier this year and it has fast become a popular pub with local residents.
