Old El Paso has launched two new traditional Mexican spice mix seasonings to its Foodservice range available exclusively for caterers.
Now available to spice up Mexican dishes on pub and restaurant menus, are the Chilli and Fajita seasonings in 400g and 500g jars, perfect for Nacho sharing plates, fajitas and enchiladas. Chefs will have complete control over the intensity of heat in their dishes either when using the spices as seasonings or even marinades.
Mexican food has become increasingly popular with diners over the last few years, with demand for the spicy dishes soaring by 71 per cent sine 2001.
