Apuro makes light work of juicing
Bars and restaurants could speed up their juicing efficiency with two new high-speed models from Apuro

Two new machines from Apuro are sure to make fast work of juicing fruit and vegetables, separating juice from the pulp without the need for straining afterwards.

Squeezing fresh juice from fruit such as oranges, lemons and limes for use in cocktails and soft drinks can be a huge tax on time and effort if you don’t have an adequate machine for your useage.

The new Fruil juice extractors from Apuro come in two sizes, depending on the amount of juice you’ll need: the Iota with a 400-watt motor, and the Alpha with a 750-watt motor, each of which will automatically squeeze out the maximum amount of juice possible.

The Iota is able to process up to 150kg of fruit or vegetables per hour, while the Alpha can easily get through 220kg. Both have a double shredder disc and food pusher for maximum efficiency, with an attractive housing made from satin-finished anodised aluminium, so it can even be stored behind the bar.

The healthy eating market is rapidly expanding, and with juicers establishments will be able to offer a range of bespoke drinks suited to each customer’s needs. From cocktails like Margheritas and Bloody Marys, to fruit and vegetable juice drinks, and even soup bases, the juicer could turn into an invaluable item to keep in your establishment.
