Enodis UK Food Service has appointed a new demonstration chef to manage its demo kitchens while supporting their sales team.
Keith Howland joins the team at Enodis after a three-year stint as sous chef at the Four Season’s Hotel in Hampshire. He brings with him 16 years of industry experience to the role, which will see him work alongside the company’s development chef Andy Daniels to help chefs and operators create and improve menus.
Ian Osborne, managing director of Enodis UK Food Service said: ”Keith’s skills and experience, combined with his passion for training will ensure that Enodis continues to offer the strongest support package available in the UK catering industry.”
Both Howland and Daniels will work to assist operators in finding the most effective food and equipment solution for their needs.
