Salarium Argentum’s range of Himalayan Crystal Salts claim to be the most beneficial salt available

Already a favourite with the likes of Giorgio Locatelli and Anthony Worrall Thompson, Salarium Argentum’s recently released Himalayan Crystal Salts offer a versatile way to flavour a variety of dishes.

The salts are available in three varieties, each of which uniquely enhances the flavour of the dish to which it is added. The black variety, which is also high in magnesium, is best used while cooking strongly flavoured produce such as fish and dark meats; white salt is perfect for seasoning lighter dishes such as pasta, rice and vegetables; and pink, which is also high in iron, is best used as a finishing salt for prepared dishes.

While chefs are talking about the salt’s ability to enhance the natural flavour of their dishes, Salarium Argentum is focusing on promoting the range for its health benefits, hailing Himalayan Crystal Salt as the ‘purest, most beneficial salt available on earth’.

The salts are available in a multi-pack format, as well as in a range of sizes from 300g to 12.5kg bucket.
