Prescott and Partners, the company that entered a joint venture with Sir Terence Conran to open The Boundary in December, are to open a second restaurant

Prescott and Partners have secured a two-floor restaurant space on Fleet Street where they will open their second venture, Lutyens Grill.

Following the December opening of Sir Terence Conran’s joint venture with the company, The Boundary in Shoreditch, Prescott and Partners plan to launch their new fine dining restaurant in the building designed by famed architect Sir Edwin Lutyens.

Nathan Wogman of Shelley Sandzer, the leisure property consultants who mediated the deal, said: “The property was highly desirable and we received numerous competitive bids with Prescott and Partners delivering the most attractive proposal. We feel confident that their new restaurant, Lutyens Grill will be a fantastic asset for both the building and the surrounding area.”

The 10,000sqft space was let to Prescott and Partners by TMW Pramerica Property Investment Company on a 35-year lease.
