Brighton’s PinxtoPeople on market for £150k
PinxtoPeople, the highly acclaimed Brighton tapas restaurant has been put on the market, with plans to relocate the business to London

PintxoPeople, the Spanish tapas restaurant in Brighton that received a score of 4/10 in the 2008 Good Food Guide, has been put on the market at a guide price of £150k.

While Fleurets, the estate agents marketing the restaurant, are currently seeking offers, a source close to the restaurant has confirmed PinxtoPeople are actively seeking a new property in London, with plans to relocate this spring.

The two-storey, 100-seater restaurant and bar in the centre of Brighton has received rave reviews from critics and the public for its contemporary Spanish/ Portuguese cuisine, described by the Good Food Guide as ‘impressive’.

Sister site PinchitoTapas in London’s EC1 district will continue to trade as normal.
