While the KNORR Scottish Chef of the Year and the Scottish Banqueting Challenge are now closed for entries, there is still time for talented chefs to apply for a chance of competing at ScotHot 2009.
Taking place at the SECC, Glasgow on 2-4 March, ScotHot will play host to the 27th annual Scottish Culinary Championships, which includes more than 50 culinary competitions.
The categories still open for entries include Scottish Pub of the Year and Scottish Contract Catering Chef of the Year, both brand new competitions for this year’s event, plus the prestigious Chef at Salon. Entries into the Salon Display category will be open right up until the show.
