Fernandez and Wells to open third Soho coffee bar
Fernandez and Wells, the London boutique restaurant and coffee shop operator, are to open a third site in Soho in March.
Trading as a rustic continental coffee bar, the new site will be leased on a 10 year full repairing and insuring lease from a private investor.
James Assersohn of Shelley Sandzer, the property agency that saw through the deal, said: “When we took this property to the market, we knew there would be a lot of interest as it’s central Soho, an easy space to fit out at an affordable rent. Fernandez and Wells realised the potential of the site and I am confident their high quality offer will add further success to their group.”
Fernandez and Wells also run a food and wine bar on Lexington Street, and a coffee bar on nearby Beak Street.
