Kudos Hospitality scores political hat trick
The contract caterer will supply catering and hospitality for all three major political parties at their conferences this year

Contract caterer Kudos Hospitality will be providing catering and hospitality for the three major political parties at their conferences this year.

The catering company, part of The Crown Group, has the contract to supply catering at four conference centres in England and three of them will host party political conferences this year -  Labour at the Brighton Centre, the Conservatives at Manchester Central and the Liberal Democrats at Harrogate.

Managing director Jon Pryce (pictured, right) said: "This is the first time we’ve had a political hat trick and I’m proud they will all have the benefit of our care at Kudos Hospitality. We’ve already been able to invest in two of the venues ensuring that the service is up to date and in line with delegates’ needs."

The news comes as the caterer terminates its four year contract with Pinewood Studios. Pryce said he had decided to end the contract before its renewal date in July so the company could focus on its core business of hospitality and retail services.

"At Pinewood we were mainly servicing the tenants and studios and therefore not being used to our full potential. It is for this reason that we have taken the decision to withdraw from our contract," he added.
