Crerar Hotels adds 10th hotel to portfolio
Scottish and Yorkshire hotel group Crerar takes over the Golf View Hotel & Leisure Club in Nairn and plans to invest £800k in refurbishment

Scottish hotel group Crerar has taken over the ownership of the Golf View Hotel & Leisure Club in Nairn. 

The 42-bedroom hotel overlooking the Moray Firth becomes the group`s 10th. It will be re-branded as a Crerar Hotel and and will undergo an £800k refurbishment as part of the deal. 

Last year the company opened The Isle of Mull Hotel & Spa, a £2m partnership project between the hotel and the local community and refurbished four of its other hotels. 

Crerar`s eight other hotels are the Ben Wyvis Hotel in the Scottish Highlands, Chevin Country Park Hotel & Spa in Yorkshire, Eight Acres Hotel & Leisure Club in Morayshire, Loch Fyne Hotel & Spa, Oban Bay Hotel & Spa, Scotland’s Hotel & Spa in Perthshire and The Craiglynne Hotel in  Speyside. 

Crerar Hotels are part of Crerar Management which operates a further 26 hotels on behalf of investment companies.
