For a richer, more sumptuous dessert, 3663 has launched a chocolate tart consisting of a smooth chocolate ganache encased in crisp chocolate pastry. A chocoholic’s fantasy, the tart can be served warm or cold with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Available in 1x14 portion packs.
The third dessert launched this month is the Bridor selection of fruit lattices, available in strawberry, mango, apple tatin and cherry varieties. The pastries are ready to bake in 13-14 minutes, and perfect served with afternoon tea. Available in 100x40g packs with 25 of each flavour.
The Paramount salty cod croquettes make a great tapas dish. Made to a Portuguese recipe of mashed potato, Pollack, cheese, garlic and parsley coated in breadcrumbs, the croquettes are ready to serve after 5-6 minutes in a fryer heated to 180 degrees.
