Sports and leisure catering and hospitality specialist Azure has won a three year contract to supply catering at Scotland`s Murrayfield stadium.
The caterer, which became part of Elior UK last year, will provide all aspects of catering at the 67,000 capacity rugby stadium in Edinburgh, ranging from snacks, through to hospitality packages and conferences.
Elior chief executive Michael Audis said: “We have a depth of understanding of the stadia market through our relationships with many sports venues across the UK. The committed input and credibility of the Azure senior management team throughout this process ensured Scottish Rugby had the confidence we could deliver on our promises.
"This exceptional win further demonstrates our ability to use our expertise to offer bespoke services which complement and meet our clients` diverse needs."
The Murrayfield contract means Azure becomes the biggest provider in stadium catering in Scotland. It currently has contracts with Glasgow Rangers, Hearts and Hibernian.”
