New products launched by 3663
Six pastries and desserts and three savoury dishes have been released into 3663 First for Foodservice’s portfolio.
Ross frozen breaded salmon fishcakes are exclusive to 3663 and are made using the finest pieces of salmon. Brush with oil and bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or deep fry for three minutes.
Available in 60x50g packs.
The Culine oriental vegetable mix is perfect for stir fries, with a vibrant mix of carrot batons, beansprouts, sliced onions, sliced mixed peppers, cut baby corn, sliced bamboo shoots, water chestnuts and sugar snap peas.
Available frozen in 10x1kg packs.
Quality Cuisine’s frozen duck and orange smooth pate should be thoroughly defrosted before serving with a cheeseboard or toast.

Bakehouse’s has developed a praline chocolate all-butter croissant with a chocolate and hazelnut filling, and is a perfect addition to an afternoon tea or brunch menu. Bake for 20 minutes before serving.

Another pastry now available from 3663 is the Bridor cranberry twist, a hand-twisted butter pastry viennoiserie dough filled with creme patisserie mixed with cranberries.

The new triple chocolate Danish made by Schulstad is a light and flaky plait filled with dark, milk and white chocolate drops and topped with real chocolate pieces.

Chantilly Patisserie’s raspberry Devon clotted cream Charlotte is a fine sugared roulade with a compote of raspberries, Devon clotted cream and white chocolate. Perfect for a traditional Devonshire tea.

Finally from 3663 this month is an Indulgence lemon and mascarpone cheesecake, made from a digestive biscuit base topped with a smooth lemon curd cream and mascarpone and decorated with flaked almonds.
