Front-of-house outsourcing and training specialist Arena 21 launches a recruitment division for companies looking to hire quality service staff

Front-of-house outsourcing and training specialist Arena 21 has launched a recruitment division for companies looking for quality service staff.

The new service is designed to give companies `excellent, trained candidates` so they can provide a high quality front-of-house service to customers.

Arena 21​ managing director Martin Whitten said: "The way an organisation represents itself through the welcome it offers visitors, callers and even its own employees is fundamentally important. Our recruitment process is the first step in making sure that welcome is five star.

"Uniquely, not only are we recruiting the best individuals for the jobs, we also include specialist, bespoke service training before anyone goes live, through Arena 21’s famous training academy – this is proving enormously successful."

The new division will be headed up Kevin Hall who joins the company from a recruitment company.

Arena 21 offers out-sourced reception management, meeting room management, corporate concierge services, helpdesk and switchboard services, mailroom and front-of-house training and consultancy.
