The 10th annual Speciality and Fine Food Fair is tipped to be fresher than ever with over a third of producers exhibiting at the event for the first time

The 10th annual Speciality and Fine Food Fair (SFFF) will once again be held at Olympia in London this 6-8 September, where more than a third of exhibitors will be showcasing their local and regional artisan produce for the first time.

While some producers, such as specialist tea producer Devonshire Tea, The Original Cake Company and Solleys Farm Ice Cream Ltd will be showcasing at the event for the first time, some of the show’s more regular highlights will once again return.

Favourites such as the Speciality Chocolate Fair, the Fine Food Forum, and the Small Business Forum will return, giving visitors a chance to sample delicious artisan products, as well as find out how to improve their business strategy through a range of seminars.

Paul MacDonald, event director, said the many new exhibitors attending the show this year would make the SFFF fresher and more vibrant than before.

“Having so many new companies exhibiting at the show this year is fantastic,” he said. “It is essential that exhibitions maintain a certain fluidity. They need to be both fresh and progressive. Without those elements, there is nothing to keep visitors coming back for more. And nowhere is that more important than in this industry, where creativity and differentiation are so key.”
