Masterchef winner and Wahaca co-owner Thomasina Miers is searching for UK chefs’ best chilli recipe to include in her new Mexican cookbook

Masterchef winner and Wahaca co-owner Thomasina Miers is giving chefs the chance to get their favourite chilli recipe published in her new book, Mexican Food Made Simple.

Due out next April, the book will be a collection of easy-to-follow Mexican recipes compiled by Miers, who is looking for one additional recipe to publish in the book.

Hopeful chefs need to send in their uncomplicated recipes that use only ingredients that can be sourced in the UK, to ybfjnunpbf@jnunpn.pb.hx before 4 September to be in with a chance of having their creation published.

One runner-up will have their recipe chosen to appear in Wahaca’s Ola London, which is handed out to over 10,000 people every week at the restaurant’s two sites in Covent Garden and Westfield.
