Four savoury dishes perfect for autumn and three sweet hot beverage treats have been launched by 3663 First for Foodservice

The Paramount roast vegetable Wellington is a mixture of roasted red and yellow peppers, onions and courgettes in a red pesto sauce with creamy goats cheese, all wrapped up in puff pastry.
Available frozen in 12x220g packs.

The Veggie Patch cauliflower cheese tart is made with a chive and spinach flavoured short crust pastry and filled with cauliflower florets in a mustardy farmhouse cheddar creamy sauce.
Available frozen as individual-sized portions in 12x228g packs.

The Classic Cuisine toad in the hole is made with three award winning Lincolnshire sausages, which are encased in a light, crispy, pre-cooked Yorkshire pudding batter. Cooked from frozen for about 40 minutes, it makes for a perfect autumn comfort dish.
Available frozen in 12x300g packs.

As a food and wine Match of the Month, 3663 suggests Loxtons lamb shank tagine and ViVAS’s new Italian Villa de Fiori Primitivo Puglia. The tagine, cooked in a mildly spiced fruity sauce with apples, sultanas, apricot, cranberry and sliced almonds, is a full flavoured exotic meal ready to serve in less than five minutes, when microwaved. ViVA’s full-bodied, peppery wine brings out the richness of the lamb and, at the same time, keeps control of the spicy sauce.
Available frozen in 10x500g packs.

Also released by 3663 are the Chef’s Smart Choice cream-filled Pink Wafers that are the perfect accompaniment to tea or coffee.
Available in 12x100g packs.

Another sweet accompaniment to hot beverages available from Chef’s Smart Choice are mini shortbread rounds. Baked to a traditional recipe, these new bite-size shortbreads have a crumbly and melt in the mouth texture.
Available in 8x420g packs.

Finally, the third treat launched this month are Coronet all butter shortbread fingers. Made in Scotland to a wholesome recipe using only the finest ingredients with no artificial colours, flavourings or preservatives, these little fingers have a butter content of 32 per cent.
Available in 100x30g packs.
