Kitchen equipment supplier Hobart is giving one BigHospitality reader the chance to win dinner for two at Michel and Alain Roux's restaurant The Waterside Inn.
The competition has been launched to celebrate the restaurant's re-opening following the £1.5m refit of its new kitchen.
Chef/proprietor Alain is a member of the Hobart Service Club, which gives him the assurance of a next day response Monday to Friday from Hobart engineers, or no call out fee, plus numerous other benefits.
