The two new types of low-cholesterol burger aim to give venues a point of difference and 'create a stir' with customers

3G Food Service and Seafood Solutions has extended its exotic burger range with new ostrich and chicken & crocodile variants.

The 6oz burgers are being launched within the range to provide restaurants and pubs with more alternatives to traditional beef burgers and generate interest from customers.

Tim Shearer, marketing manager for 3G Foodservice and Seafood Solutions said: "For those looking to create a stir and word of mouth publicity, our new premium burgers really fit the bill. Both will provide customers with a unique taste and texture experience and are low in fat and cholesterol too, which can be communicated on menus as a key selling point."

Both burgers are supplied frozen in packs of 24 and are lower in cholesterol than their beef counterparts. Other meats available in the range are wild boar and bison.
