L'Autre Pied head chef Marcus Eaves talks about life at his restaurant, encouraging young talent and Michelin stars in BigHospitality's exclusive interview at this year's Restaurant Show

Marcus Eaves, one-time protege of Pied a Terre head chef Shane Osborne, has been head chef at London restaurant L'Autre Pied for two years. He gained his first Michelin star at the age of 27, just 14 months after L'Autre Pied opened its doors for business.

BigHospitality caught up with the chef at this year's Restaurant Show at Earls Court II, London to find out about life at his restaurant, plans for the future and if he feels under pressure to retain that Michelin star.
