Spanish hotel chain H10 has opened its first hotel in London as part of major expansion plans into Europe.

The 176-bedroom in Waterloo includes the Three O Two restaurant and the Circus Bar as well as a beauty centre and four meeting rooms.

H10, which operates 30 hotels in Spain, the Canary Islands and Mallorca as well as two hotels in Mexico and one in the Dominican Republic, is planning to open more hotels in European cities.

Its first hotel in Europe outside of Spain opened in Rome in 2008 and the H10 Berlin Ku'Damm is scheduled to open later this year.
