Dining pub company Salisbury Pubs has added a fifth pub to its estate, the Black Horse in Fulmer

The Buckinghamshire pub, agreed on a lease with Greene King, will be closed for five weeks while a new kitchen is installed and the interior is redesigned to match other pubs within Salisbury Pubs' estate.

It will re-open on 22 April with Richard Coletta as general manager.

Company co-founder Becky Salisbury said: “The Black Horse is a wonderful old building and we are very pleased to have been able to add it to our group of pubs. It just needs a little bit of our love and attention and some changes in the kitchen to ensure that we can get the food we love on to the table for our customers.”

Salisbury Pubs also runs The Alford Arms in Frithsden near Berkhamsted; The Royal Oak in Bovingdon Green just outside Marlow; The Swan Inn in old Denham Village and The Old Queens Head in Penn between Beaconsfield and High Wycombe.
